About Broadway Tire Shop
Located at 174 S Broadway, Aurora, IL 60505, Broadway Tire Shop operates as an used tire shop serving Aurora in Illinois. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as wheel store, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
In Aurora, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Compare the out-the-door price across shops in Illinois, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Demand peaks before winter and before summer road trips. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop sells used tires or handles truck and trailer tires, and its Google rating before you drive over on a spare.

Customers rate it 4.5 out of 5 on Google across 177 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded used tire shops in Aurora.
Aurora is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Aurora follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Very mixed bag. I called them, was quoted $50-60 for a used tire (205/55/r16) mounted and balanced, depending on the condition of the used tire. I got there, waited my turn, watched them remove the old tire from my rim, mount the used replacement tire on my rim. Then inflate it, pull a nail out of it, plug it, and proceed to start putting it back on my car. I had to remind them to balance the wheel, and if they did it was the fasted balancing job ever (though the car is riding ok) and then they rung me up. Yep, $60 for the tire with a plug in it. I suppose I should be grateful that they didn't charge extra for the plug. If you are in a bind and need a used tire they will sell you one, just don't expect very much from them. It is possible that the quality / level of service is different with new tires, since they make a lot more money on them.

I’ve ran over three nails because of the construction near my house in the last year. These guys have been able to quickly repair my tires each time within just a few minutes. They do great work for not a lot of money.

Fast, friendly, competent and reasonable. one of the last old school shops. I had a punctured tire on the 4th of July and Arturo had me back on the road in less than a half hour with a matching tire I was so impressed with the service that I tipped $20 on a $50 job and I wasn't even drunk.
